Outlook Property: WordPress Case Study
Outlook Properties lists property for sale and rent in Dubai, with a focus on off-plan projects; its site has pages headed "Dubai off plan properties" and "Invest in Dubai real estate". We built the WordPress site with a property search, listing cards for new launches and featured properties, and sections for buying, renting, off-plan and commercial property.
The Challenge
The site serves buyers, renters and off-plan investors, who start from different places. It had to separate them from the first click and let a visitor call or message about a project straight from its listing card.
Our Approach
- •Set up the WordPress site with a main menu for Buy, Rent, Off Plan, Commercial and Contact, and a WhatsApp button in the header.
- •Added a property search to the homepage with Rent and Sale tabs and fields for keyword, property type and location.
- •Designed two listing cards: one for new project launches (location, developer, type and completion date, with Call Now and WhatsApp buttons) and one for featured properties (rent or sale, bedrooms, bathrooms and size).
- •Built pages for off-plan projects, for services (interior design and fit-out, brokerage and investment) and for investing in Dubai, and added a language selector.
The Results
- ✓Our portfolio mockup captures the launch version on a laptop and a phone: the search panel, both listing cards, and the off-plan and services pages.
- ✓Enquiry numbers from the site are not on record, so none are quoted.
Client benefits
- Visitors pick buy, rent, off-plan or commercial from the first menu.
- Every new-launch card has a call button and a WhatsApp button.
- Search filters cover property type and location.
- Services and investment guidance have pages of their own.
