Terms of Service

Last reviewed: 27 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Digitalis Global website (www.digitalisglobal.com). “Digitalis Global”, “we” and “us” mean Digitalis Global, which runs this website. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Client work is agreed separately, in writing

These terms cover the website, not the work we do for clients. Every project is agreed in writing: a proposal that sets out the scope, a fixed price, the timeline and the exclusions, and an NDA and a service agreement that we sign with you before work begins. Where a signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement applies to that work.

Nothing on this website is an offer to supply services at a particular price. A price applies only when it is in a proposal you have accepted. See how we scope and quote.

In summary, and subject to the agreement for your project:

  • Ownership of the source code, design files and creative assets we make for you passes to you on completion and final payment.
  • Web and app projects include a 30-day post-launch bug-fix guarantee at no extra cost.
  • We reply to messages within 24 hours.

Using this website

You may browse the website, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own reference. You must not:

  • use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its admin area or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works;
  • send spam, automated submissions or false information through its forms;
  • copy substantial parts of the website to publish them as your own.

The forms filter out automated submissions and limit how many can be sent from one network or to one email address in a given period. We may refuse or delete submissions that look automated or abusive.

Content and intellectual property

Unless a page says otherwise, the text, graphics and design of this website belong to Digitalis Global. Client names, logos, screenshots and websites shown in our portfolio and case studies belong to those clients and are shown to describe work we did for them. Other names and trademarks on the website, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Google and Meta, belong to their owners.

Information on the website

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is general information about our services, not advice for your business. Case studies describe work for particular clients and are not a promise of the same result for your project. Details of third-party platforms and services can change after we write about them.

The website links to other websites, including our clients' sites and our social media profiles. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

Google Maps content

The website includes Google Maps features and content: our home page can show reviews of Digitalis Global from Google Maps. Your use of that content is subject to the current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your personal information

How we handle the information you send through the website's forms, and how the website uses Google Analytics, is explained in our privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time. We provide the website as it is and do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Digitalis Global is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right you have under a law that cannot be excluded, such as the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last reviewed, and the version on this page is the one that applies to your use of the website.
