Lux And Co Australia: Shopify Case Study
Lux & Co Australia makes "an eco-luxury home fragrance range of candles and diffusers", handcrafted in its small Sydney studio: scented candles, reed diffusers, car diffusers, candle care kits and gift sets. We have worked with the brand since it began: we designed its logo in 2022, its first product packaging in 2023 and its Shopify store in 2023, then worked with it as needed. Since 2025 we have managed all of its development, email marketing, digital marketing and design, from product images and website graphics to banners and catalogues.
The Challenge
Lux & Co is a small Sydney maker selling fragrance online, where shoppers cannot smell the product. The store has to describe each scent in words and make candles, reed diffusers, car diffusers, gift sets and personalised candles easy to find and order. Around the store, the brand also needs ads, emails and graphics to reach buyers.
Our Approach
- •Designed the brand's logo in 2022 and its first product packaging in 2023, before the store existed.
- •Designed and developed the Shopify store in 2023 on the Refresh theme, with a menu that separates candles, reed diffusers, car diffusers, the candle care kit, gifting, bundles and seasonal collections, and we manage the store for the brand.
- •The custom message candle lets a buyer pick a fragrance, a single or double wick and a ready-made message, or type their own, on one product page.
- •Run Lux & Co's Meta ads.
- •Run its email marketing on Klaviyo, which is connected to the store.
- •Since 2025, produce all of the brand's design: product images, website graphics, banners and catalogue designs.
The Results
- ✓The store is live and trading today, and its footer credits Digitalis Global (checked 27 September 2026).
- ✓We have no sales, ad or email figures for Lux & Co with a source and a date, so this page reports the work rather than results.
