Impact Care: WordPress Case Study
Impact Care (Impact Disability Support Service) is an NDIS provider in North Melbourne that, in its own words, "seeks to provide good quality services for people with disabilities". We built its WordPress website: a page for each support service, a referral page and a quote form, so participants, families and coordinators can find the right service and make contact.
The Challenge
People who look for an NDIS provider are often choosing on behalf of someone else: a participant, a family member or a support coordinator. They need to see quickly which supports the provider offers, and how to refer someone or ask a question.
Our Approach
- •Built on WordPress with the Avada theme and Fusion Builder, which lets the team update service pages and the gallery in the browser.
- •Each support the provider offers, from community participation to accommodation and tenancy, has its own page and a place in the main menu.
- •A "Make A Referral" page and a "Get A Quote" form give coordinators and families a direct way in.
- •Phone and email sit in the header, and the address and office hours are on the contact page.
The Results
- ✓The site is live and in use today. We did not track enquiries or referrals for this project, so no results are claimed here.
