We engineered a high-accessibility WordPress platform for a dedicated NDIS provider. We traded complex clinical layouts for a warm, frictionless architecture that puts the participant's needs first.
The Challenge
Navigating disability services can be overwhelming. Impact Care needed a digital presence that simplified their offering while building instant trust. The challenge was to create a platform that was "dangerously easy to use" for participants, families and coordinators alike, regardless of their technical ability.
Our Approach
- •Inclusive Engineering: We built a custom WordPress environment from the ground up, prioritizing WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. This ensures that screen readers, high-contrast modes, and keyboard navigation work perfectly.
- •Human-First Navigation: We moved away from "industry jargon" to create a clear, simplified service hierarchy. We focused on a "one-click" contact strategy to ensure help is never more than a second away.
- •Performance with Heart: Using a lightweight framework, we ensured the site loads instantly on mobile devices, critical for families coordinating care on the go.
