Elite Sydney: WordPress Case Study
Elite Sydney Property describes itself as "your local real estate agents in Liverpool & Hinchinbrook", helping people buy, sell, rent and manage property from its office in Liverpool NSW. We designed its WordPress website, and the site footer carries our credit.
The Challenge
A local agency's website serves four groups at once: buyers, sellers, renters and the landlords whose properties it manages. Each needs a different first step, whether that is a listing search, an appraisal, a repair request or a tenancy form, and all of them need to find it from the home page.
Our Approach
- •Built on WordPress with Elementor, with listings managed through the Easy Property Listings plugin so the agency adds and updates properties itself.
- •The home page puts a property search first, filtered by sale or lease, bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces and land size.
- •The menu is organised by what the visitor wants to do: buy, sell, rent, use a calculator or reach property management, with a "Market Appraisal" button beside it.
- •Landlords and tenants get their own forms (repair requests and tenancy applications) instead of phoning the office.
The Results
- ✓The site is live, with current listings and articles dated September 2026, and its footer credits Digitalis Global. We did not measure enquiries or traffic for this project, so this page makes no performance claim.
