PacknBag: Shopify Case Study
PacknBag sells packaging from Campbellfield, Victoria: in its own words it provides "top-quality cardboard boxes designed to meet all your packaging needs", whether customers are "moving, shipping, or storing items", plus protective packaging, bags and mailers and custom printed boxes. Its Shopify store carries a Digitalis Global credit in the footer, and customers can also visit its Melbourne showroom.
Our Approach
- •The store runs on Shopify with the Local theme, with a search bar, customer accounts, a wishlist and a cart in the header.
- •Three large menus split the range: cardboard boxes (shipping, mailing, moving, storage and satchel-sized boxes among them), protective packaging (bubble wrap, tapes, pallet wrap, paper and void fill) and bags and mailers.
- •Custom Printing has its own page for boxes and bags printed with a customer's logo, and returning buyers have a Re-Order Dashboard.
- •The home page carries the PackPoints rewards sign-up, best-seller rows for die-cut boxes, RSC boxes and protective packaging, and the showroom details.
The Results
- ✓The store is live at packnbag.com.au and names Digitalis Global in its footer (checked 27 September 2026).
- ✓We have no sales or order figures for the store with a source and a date, so this page describes the store as it stands rather than results.
